Auto racing is an inherently dangerous activity that can result in serious injury or death. All safety products used in auto racing are subject to failure. Molecule Labs, Inc. assumes no liability in connection with the use of its products. Each user of this site and of Molecule products is familiar with the risks and hazards of auto racing, and knowingly assumes such risks and hazards when participating in that activity.
MOLECULEä PRODUCTS While Moleculeä products are designed to help reduce flammable materials from being absorbed or retained by Nomexâ fabric, or to help remove such materials from Nomexâ fabric, there can be no assurance that the products will be effective. Treating Nomexâ fabric racing suits with Moleculeä Protector is intended to reduce the risk of injury during escape from fuel spill related flash fires, but such treatment cannot guarantee that the wearer will not, in fact, be injured by such fires. Moleculeä products will not afford any protection against fires that are burning around a Moleculeä-treated suit or against any other hazards. The wearer is responsible for selecting the correct protective gear, monitoring its condition and treatment, and following prudent safety practices. DO NOT USE ANY SUIT THAT IS TORN, DAMAGED OR HAS NOT BEEN PROPERLY TREATED WITH MOLECULEä CLEANER AND PROTECTOR WITHIN THE RECOMMENDED TIME LIMIT BETWEEN CLEANING AND RETREATMENT AND TESTED WITH MOLECULEä TESTER FOR REPELLENCY EFFECTIVENESS BEFORE EACH USE. Moleculeä-treated suits are not intended for use in activities other than auto racing, such as fire fighting or welding or activities involving radiation or explosive materials.

Molecule Labs, Inc. does not guarantee the results of Moleculeä products and assumes no liability in connection with their use. Molecule Labs, Inc. warrants only that each of its products will be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days from the date the product is shipped. This warranty is void in the event any party modifies the product in any way, fails to use the product strictly in accordance with Moleculeä’s instructions or uses the product in combination with any other product or material not expressly approved by Moleculeä. MOLECULEä MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND HEREBY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
The sole and exclusive remedy for purchasers and/or end users of Moleculeä products for any and all claims, losses, injuries or damages of any kind relating to or arising from Moleculeä products or their use shall be the refund of the purchase price paid for, or the replacement of, any Moleculeä product found by Moleculeä to contain a defect in materials or workmanship upon inspection by Moleculeä, at Moleculeä’s election. No warranty claim shall be honored unless received by Moleculeä within 90 days of the date the product was shipped. IN NO EVENT SHALL MOLECULEä BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, WHETHER ARISING UNDER CONTRACT, TORT OR ANY OTHER CAUSE OR THEORY.
The lab and all scientists referred to in Moleculeä’s marketing materials are those of Moleculeä, and all comparison tests were conducted by agents of Moleculeä. None of Moleculeä’s products has been tested or approved by any independent lab or facility.
Neither DuPont nor any third party whose products or logos appear in Moleculeä’s marketing materials has approved or endorsed any Moleculeä product.
